My first Flash Session of the year! Although we anticipated a warm, sunny adventure in Moab, Mother Nature had other plans. Anyone can go to the desert and get sunshine and warmth – ha! It truly was a magical time and the Acosta family were troopers in the incoming snow storm we ended up having.

I’ve been really curious about Super 8 film recently and am currently going through the weeds trying to educate myself how to make some films with a camera I was just gifted. I felt that this session had a bit of a filmy feel, so it’s a little bit out of my norm to edit in this way, but fun to explore!

My next Flash Session will be held deep in the mountains this summer. I am SO excited and have already started the planning process. I’ll continue offering Flash Sessions here and there this year, so if any adventurous family is looking to dig a little deeper and go big – hit me up!
